Optimisation and promotion are key methods to get your site seen and prioritised by search engines

Optimisation
There are various levels of complexity and effectiveness of web site optimisation. The basic level of optimisation is included in all our new build sites. Ask us to review and optimise your site.

Promotion
This is a big subject with lots of alternatives but we have narrowed our offering down to the following. (We will gladly discuss alternatives if you wish to work to a smaller or larger budget)
We use 2 core methods of promotion

  1. On Site optimisation (we work on the web site)
    We conduct a Search Engine Optimisation Programme (SEOP). With this solution many of our sites produce excellent results over time (via the organic listings) and some can boast over 1000 visits a day with high level of business to match. High and intense level of optimisation involving good meta tags, good content and a well structured site. This includes establishing, maybe 50 keywords, alt tags, H1 and H2, keyword anchor text, good content and good coding for each item if applicable. Typical costs vary (according to site size and condition) between One time costs of £400 to £700 and running costs to maintain the coding (add new coding for each new item and keep existing coding in line with current search engine requirements and trends etc) £60 to £120 per month (these prices are less if we have also built the site)

  2. OFF site optimisation (we work on all resources available on the net and not in the website)
    By activity on the web you can boost your site’s performance up the organic listings. We employ a number of different methods including :-
  • Article submission:
    We write an article about the site and services and submit it into different article directories.
  • Blog directories:
    We submit blogs into different blogs directories. We choose blog directories which Google rank highly.
  • One way linking:
    Webmasters of good websites related to your site are requested to put our link onto their website. (But we do not give them a link back).
  • Reciprocal linking:
    The traditional way to do link exchange. In this case both parties put the links on each others sites. Less effective than it used to be but still useful.
  • Once off build cost of £70 plus ongoing costs of £50 pm (these price is less if we have also built the site)
